Monday opened with Nike's annual 8/24 restock wave:

Dick's earnings shock footwear (August 25)

Tuesday delivered the week's biggest macro headline:

Q2 miss: WWD reports net sales of $5.59 billion against $5.65 billion estimates. Adjusted EPS landed at $3.53 versus $3.76 expected.
