1. Subscriptions

Deal Reaper offers auto-renewable subscription options available through the Apple App Store:

• Monthly subscription: $3.99 USD per month
• Annual subscription: $19.99 USD per year

Both subscription plans include a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings.

2. License & Access

Deal Reaper grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal use only. This license does not permit commercial use, redistribution, or modification of our Services. For iOS app users, your use is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Content & Tools

Our Services include rarity rankings, NFT and crypto insights, pricing data, email alerts, and strategy recommendations. All content and tools are provided "as is" for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data provided through our Services.

4. No Financial Advice

Deal Reaper does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. All information provided is educational only and should not be treated as professional guidance. You are solely responsible for your own buying, selling, and investing decisions. Always conduct your own research and consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

5. Payment Processing

All subscription transactions are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system or third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Payment data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and the respective payment processor's terms. We do not directly collect or store credit card information.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are final once access to the Services has been granted. Refunds may be available where legally required or under Apple's refund guidelines. To request a refund for an App Store purchase, please contact Apple Support directly through your Apple ID account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deal Reaper's liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the preceding 30 days. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Deal Reaper harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Affiliate Program

Deal Reaper may offer an affiliate program for eligible participants. Affiliates earn commissions based on qualified referrals according to the program terms. Fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to fake accounts or misleading marketing, will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website, app, or via email. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
