1. Subscriptions

Deal Reaper offers auto-renewable subscription options available through the Apple App Store:

Weekly subscription: $2.99 USD per week
Annual subscription: $39.99 USD per year

Both subscription plans include a 3-day free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings.

2. License & Access

Deal Reaper grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal use only. This license does not permit commercial use, redistribution, or modification of our Services. You may not scrape, automate access to, or circumvent subscription gates for premium features (including Radar). For iOS app users, your use is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Content & Tools

Our Services include sneaker resale pricing data, portfolio tracking, Radar deal-discovery feeds, cross-platform price comparison, and related informational tools. All content and tools are provided "as is" for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data provided through our Services.

4. Radar and Deal Discovery

Radar is a premium feature available to active subscribers in the iOS app. It surfaces third-party marketplace listings; Deal Reaper is not the seller and does not process purchases. When you tap a listing, you leave Deal Reaper and transact under the marketplace's own terms.

Profit margins, market prices, and related figures shown in Radar are informational estimates derived from aggregated data — not financial advice, guarantees of profit, or assurances that a listing remains available at the displayed price.

The public Radar sample on dealreaper.com/radar is a read-only subset of listings refreshed on a schedule. Full feed access, saved alerts, and notifications require an active subscription in the app. Once a listing has been delivered in a digest, that alert-and-listing pair is not pushed again for the same listing.

5. Push Notifications

Push notifications for Radar are optional and user-controlled. You can set frequency to Live, Daily Digest, or Off in the app, or disable notifications in iOS Settings. Delivery is not guaranteed, and carrier or data charges may apply.

6. Portfolio Leaderboard

Portfolio Leaderboard participation is optional and requires an active subscription. When you join, you choose a public username that is permanent after first join. Deal Reaper may reject usernames that are offensive, misleading, or impersonate others.

Rankings on The Vault (total collection market value) and The Flip (total gain) are informational. Stats derive from live market data and self-reported purchase prices — they are not financial advice, guarantees of profit, or assurances of ranking stability.

Deal Reaper may modify, reset, or discontinue leaderboard boards, scoring, badge milestones, or visibility at any time. Automated abuse, scraping, or manipulation of leaderboard APIs is prohibited.

Leaving the leaderboard removes your public ranking. Historical snapshots may remain server-side but are excluded from all ranking views.

7. No Financial Advice

Deal Reaper does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. All information provided is educational only and should not be treated as professional guidance. You are solely responsible for your own buying, selling, and investing decisions. Always conduct your own research and consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

8. Payment Processing

All subscription transactions are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system or third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Payment data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and the respective payment processor's terms. We do not directly collect or store credit card information.

9. Refund Policy

All purchases are final once access to the Services has been granted. Refunds may be available where legally required or under Apple's refund guidelines. To request a refund for an App Store purchase, please contact Apple Support directly through your Apple ID account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deal Reaper's liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the preceding 30 days. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Deal Reaper harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Affiliate Program

Deal Reaper may offer an affiliate program for eligible participants. Affiliates earn commissions based on qualified referrals according to the program terms. Fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to fake accounts or misleading marketing, will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website, app, or via email. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
